theWISP.net offers wideband service via a wireless medium. This proven technology allows for Customers to access high speed internet without a telephone line or cable connection. Using an antenna that is mounted at the Customers location, attached to their computer, it is pointed and aligned towards a Wisp.net antenna. This antenna may be located at the nearest water tower, high rise rooftop, grain elevator, silo, or communications tower. An invisible link between the two antennas is created, allowing for an internet experience far beyond anything you have ever encountered.

Your computer is now connected to the internet, without dialing, logging in, or getting bumped offline. Always connected, and always ready. Checking the weather, getting driving directions, and sending emails, will all take you a fraction of the time than it did on your old dial-up, cable, or DSL connection.

Unlike other wireless communications, weather will not affect your service. Rain, snow, sleet, or shine, your live and running. You will never know when the internet is ‘busy’ or ‘congested’. If you have any doubts of our network status, it is posted and logged right on the front of our web site. We have technical agents monitoring your connection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These agents are alerted of an issue and have it resolved, often before you even knew there was an issue. These same agents conduct routine maintenance on the network, most commonly in the early morning hours, to ensure that your service is rarely disrupted.

Waiting for DSL lines to be installed, or paying a third party ‘professional’ to install your service is a thing of the past. We sign you up to our service at you're home, at your convenience.
